PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA FISHING & RESTO "MABUK MANCING" MALANG

This study ains to determine job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, and to know among the variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment that largest contribution on organizational citizenship behavior. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample of 35 respondents with total sampling technique. This study uses quantitative data and the data source used is primary data. Data collection using a questionnaire. The measurement technique used is the Likert scale. The data analysis methode used is the scale range and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction is a high category, organizational commitment is a very high category, and organizational citizenship behavior is a very high category. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Individually, Job satisfaction have significant relationship to organizational citizenship behavior, as well as the organizational commitment have significant relationship to organizational citizenship behavior.
